Call for papers open for the 2021 European Winter Meeting of the Econometric Society
The Econometric Society is now accepting papers for the 2021 European Winter Meeting of the Econometric Society to be held on December 16-18, 2021, hosted by the University of Barcelona School of Economics. The meeting is primarily targeted at PhD students and Postdoctoral Researchers.
The submission process is open through 12 September, 2021. Papers must be submitted electronically through the Conference Maker website at http://editorialexpress.com/conference/ESWM21/. At least one of the authors must be a member of the Econometric Society. Authors may join the Society at http://www.econometricsociety.org/.
Decisions will be made by 15 October. Registration for the conference will be open from 15 October to 8 November 2021. More information will be available on the conference website soon.
The Winter Meeting will take place in parallel with the European Job Market for Economists, sponsored by the European Economic Association, the Royal Economic Society and the Spanish Economic Association, and the Symposium of the Spanish Economic Association. All events are hosted by the UB School of Economics.
The plenary speakers will be Sule Alan (European University Institute), Isaiah Andrews (Harvard University) and Rafaella Giacomini (University College London). The Programme Chair is Sarah Smith (University of Bristol) and the Local Organizing Committee Chair is Nezih Guner (CEMFI).
