Information for the student – People and Team Management and Development in Organizations
Placements
The overall objective of the practicum is to connect students with the different areas and activities of the professional reality, this way know in sufficient degree to complete their theoretical training and overlooking orientate their professional future.
This objective it have to be specify by the same model of practices and, through specific programs, that have to plan and develop in relation to the requirements of the master, and the possibilities offered for each of the centers in which the students will their practices.
The Practicum is a set of activities oriented to the acquisition of information, knowledge, and skills required to perform a specific professional role that has existence and demand in the labor market attitudes activities.
This acquisition occurs through collaboration with a professional and under the supervision of a tutor of this. It is, therefore, a lived experience in real work contexts, where it will know the organization and work environment, the rules at work both at times as rights and duties arising from work, where you have to learn to work both individually and as a team, and where it will be necessary that the knowledge acquired during the master, to surface, and apply and use the ethical and deontological for the exercise of the profession principles.
