The Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology Master or WOP-P Master is a postgraduate university programme of the University of Barcelona (UB) supported by the European Commission through the Erasmus+: Erasmus Mundus Programme which provides a Postgraduated Diploma. The contents of the master contribute to the qualification of professionals and researchers in the discipline of Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology. Always emphasizing a European approach and perspective and giving access to Ph. D programs.
