Bachelor's degrees
The most popular course is the bachelor's degree in Physics, a fundamental science and the motor behind most scientific and technological advances. The bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering and Telecommunications puts students on the path to expertise in new technologies. Both courses are strongly experimental. Students may also choose to take the double degree in Physics and Mathematics and can take many of the subjects offered as part of the bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engeering, which is coordinated by the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences.
The Faculty is characterized by the volume and quality of its research. Many of our students continue with their studies, take a doctoral programme and pursuing carrers in research.
