Access and Admissions

How to apply for admission and access to the doctoral program?

Enrollment - Calendar Academic procedures

Registration period

Registration is carried out:

* from 10/01/2023 to 11/30/2023 (first period)

* from February 12 to March 18, 2024 (second period)

• Enrolment first curse:

1. Before the registration period, it is necessary to request access and admission within the established period.

2. Once you have the admission and access resolution, it is necessary to manage the registration through the Doctoral School application. Universitat de Barcelona - Sede Electrónica (ub.edu)

3. If this is the first time you enroll at the UB, you must create an ID and password: Home - The University of Barcelona's Student Support Service - University of Barcelona (ub.edu)

To complete the registration process, students must send the commitment document (English) complete and with all digital signatures to the SED of Physics <doctorat.facultat.fisica@ub.edu> (or bring it to the SED in if you have the handwritten signatures) of all the people involved.
