The College Secretariat is the office where most of the administrative formalities related to the academic activity of the students must be carried out.

Through the Faculty website, the Secretariat always keeps up to date the administrative information of your interest: deadlines for making specific management, calendars, fees, timetables, etc. In addition, you will find in your reach information on scholarships and grants, competitions and competitions, prizes, various academic events, and all the information that you have available that relates to areas or topics that may be of interest to you. Academic events (conferences, seminars, theses readings, ...) are usually announced in the electronic panel of the Letters lobby.

Circumstantial care schedules and closing periods for holidays or holidays will be published on the Faculty website with a timeframe.

  • Functions to provide administrative support to the governing bodies of the center and to teachings.
  • To inform and attend to students.
  • To support the elaboration and modification of the curricula of different teachings.
  • To carry out the academic management processes: programming and academic offer, student recruitment and reception, access, enrolment, recognition and transfer of credits, scholarships, titles, extraordinary awards and the other procedures linked to the development of student studies.
  • To manage theses.
  • To provide administrative support for the practices of the center.
  • Take care of classroom logistics.
  • Resolve different administrative situations related to student enrolment.
  • Manage assessment and rating acts.
  • Issue certifications and accreditations in relation to the academic records of the enrolled students.
  • Propose conventions and manage mobility programmes.
  • To facilitate labour integration (working certificate) and to manage educational cooperation and practical agreements.
  • Keep the academic content of the center's website up to date.

No in-person consultations or services will be attended that are not in the list of subjects for each turn. If you reserve appointment for an unrelated topic, the student's attention will be converted to the corresponding telematics.
