Students in exchange programmes
Students who enrol the university through an exchange agreement between their institution and the UB do not have to pay tuition or additional fees since the tuition fee waiver is guaranteed by the current agreements. However, if language courses are taken through Estudios Hispánicos, Serveis Lingüístics or Escola d’Idiomes Moderns, the student will have to pay the corresponding tuition and fees.

Students by Individual Application (Free Mover)
Foreign students who come from an outside exchange framework are required to pay tuition fees and the credits for which they enrol. Additionally, these students will have to compulsory enrol in a specific number of credits as follows:
- 18 credits (three subjects) for undergraduate students.
- 15 credits for master’s degree students.
