Group changes 23-24

During the enrolment calendar, you have a specific period to request a change of group (after you are enrolled):

From 12 September to 9 October 2023

• You must first try making changes through the automation system itself. Make the changes and finish the process so they are fixed.

• In case you do not find a place in the group you need, you must submit an instance (added to the head of studies)<document_instància> to the Secretariat, either in person (always by appointment) or by emailing it to fil-secretaria@ub.edu.

IMPORTANT: You must attach a copy of the work contract or justify a time period that proves the time incompatibility that the group change justifies.
