File self-consultation
Once enrolled in a teaching course at the University of Barcelona, the student can continue to follow his or her file through the self-consultation of file, via online.
The self-consultation of the file is done via two different ways:
- Accessing UB World (Students) (link to UB World (Students). To access it you will need to have the identifier listed in the enrolment receipt and have generated a personal password. If any of these settings are missing, information or help can be obtained via the help button found on the access itself. It can also be accessed via the Secretariat page. Accedint a Món UB (Estudiants) (link a Món UB (Estudiants).
- Through Auto-Query of file. In this case, you will need to have the NIUB that is also on the registration receipt, and the date of birth, as access parameters.
Through self-consultation of the file, students can find out the status of their academic record at a specific time: provisional or final qualifications, student-prepared subjects, recognised subjects pending enrolment, matriculated subjects pending qualification, timely notices of payment issues and other information of personal interest of the student.
