#CICEvent | The Audiovisual Exhibition of Communication returns to the Faculty’s garden

Last October 24th, the Faculty of Philology and Communication celebrated the IV Edition of the Audiovisual Exhibition of Communication in the garden of the Historical Building of the University of Barcelona. This year, besides the creations of CIC students, we could enjoy for the first time the short film Ja no ens caldrà l'aigua de pluja? of the students of the Master in Specialized Communication, which has been selected in the Suncine Festival of Environment.

The event began with a speech from the Vice Dean of the Faculty, Dr. Joan Burguera, who thanked the guests for assistance and the incredible work made by the teachers and students. Afterward, the attendants were able to visualize the most outstanding short films and documentaries of the course: El espíritu de la Colmena, August: Osage County, The Abduction, Perfecció Mortal, Efímero, Cleo de 5 a 7, Maurice, Clueless, Lost in Translation, Quant queda?, Vellut vermell, Amar a un facha, L’art de l’escenografia, El record de l'oblit. Un recull de relats sobre Castelvispal en postguerra, Feliçment cansats. Un documental sobre la precarietat del sector teatral a Catalunya and Ja no ens caldrà l'aigua de pluja?

The act ended with a discourse made by the Head of Studies of the CIC’s Degree, Juanjo Caballero, who praised the work of the picked students. With an emotional and close tone, the Audiovisual Exhibition says goodbye until next year. For a V Audiovisual Exhibition with more lights, cameras and action!
