#CICEvent | “Story in Sight”, a workshop by Giuseppe Nucci

Last November the 24th and December the 1st, photojournalist Giuseppe Nucci carried out the workshop “Story in Sight” along with the students of the CIC degree. Both masterclasses have been organized by Xiaomi, and have taken place within the framework of the subject “(Post)photography and Communication”, taught by professor Jordi Hernández.

The sessions have been a journey through Nucci’s professional career, from his beginnings as a student to the publication of his work on National Geographic. Also, the students have had the opportunity to apply their knowledge with the presentation and commentary of a photographic storytelling task. The photojournalist has emphasized one of the mottos that have helped him along his career: there is no need to go around the world to search for stories worth explaining, because they can be found anywhere.
