Applications for permanence
Under the rules of permanence of the University of Barcelona, applicable to students studying undergraduate studies, you can make the following applications:
Permanence Standard Offset
Not exceeding sufficient credits a specific course
First-year students who do not exceed a minimum of 18 full-time or 6 part-time credits will not be able to continue their studies.
The second consecutive year of effective tuition in which a student does not approve at least 50% of the credits enrolled cannot remain in the degree.
If the student had not passed any credits, they will be able to apply again via the appropriate route. If you have passed any credit, you may request readmission to the dean of the Faculty.
Abandonment (2 consecutive years without enrollment)
If the student had not passed any credits, they will be able to apply again via the appropriate route. If he has passed any credit, he may request the continuation of his studies at the dean of the Faculty.
Exhausting the maximum deadline set for obtaining the degree degree
In the grades of 240 credits, the full-time student has a maximum of seven years of effective tuition to pass the course. If the studies are part-time, you have a maximum of ten years to finish them. After these years, he may request additional time to finish them at the dean of the Faculty.

Exceptionally, and where justified, the head of studies, by express resolution, may authorize a tuition in excess of 60 credits, up to a maximum of 78 credits per academic year.
