Red Euro-Latinoamericana para la Prevención de la Tortura y la Violencia Institucional

Co-founded by the OSPDH in December 2013, RELAPT is made up of 30 public and civil society organizations from Europe and Latin America. Through its four mandates (political, training, analysis, and communication) its mission is to raise awareness and report to the States on the issue of torture and institutional violence. The RELAPT currently focuses its work on the creation of the Latin American Observatory on Torture (OLAT).
