Marta Bueno Salinas

As an associate professor in the History of Law, Marta Bueno Salinas coordinates the Faculty of Law programmes within the University of Experience as well as the placements involved in the UB’s “Right to Rights” legal clinic. From 2009 to 2016, she held the post of director of studies in Law. From February 2021 to June 2023, she served as the academic secretary of the UB’s Institute for Professional Development, and is now a member of the Board of Teaching and Research Staff. She has been a team member and team leader of the REDICE and RIMDA projects. On 21 December 2022, she received a favourable review on her most recent five-year teaching period (2016-17/2020-21), achieving the distinction of excellence. As an associate researcher with the UB-DIBA Chair on Plain Language in Public Administration, she has conducted research into the issues of methodology and hermeneutics, and carried out analysis of legal institutions in the field of private law. In recent years, her focus has revolved around the study and promotion of mechanisms for legal education among the broader public.
