Information for the student – Dual pathways: Teacher in Early Childhood Education and Teacher in Primary Education

The number of places available on this dual degree programme is limited and specific. It therefore differs from the places offered on the Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and the Bachelor’s Degree in Primary Education. Student can only gain admission to this dual degree through university pre-enrolment, and it can only be pursued on a full-time basis.
Students admitted to the Dual Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and Primary Education register as a single group.
The course is structured around core subjects to provide students with comprehensive training, which covers education from 0 to 12 years of age. The course duration is five academic years and requires 330 credits.
To complete the course in five years, students have to pursue one of the specialisations shared between the Bachelor’s Degrees in Early Childhood Education and in Primary Education.
