Admission
The recommended general profile for admission includes students who have completed a licenciatura or degree in the field of education sciences (Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, Pedagogy, etc.) or in any other area directly related to the areas of primary and secondary education (history, geography, mathematics, biology, physics and chemistry, philology, musicology, etc.) and who have obtained an official master's degree that provides training in the necessary skills to address research tasks in some of the didactics of the curricular areas.
Admission criteria
To be admitted to the research component of the doctoral programme, the coordinating commission evaluates the suitability of the previously completed undergraduate and postgraduate studies and the personal and professional curriculum. The selection criteria are, with the corresponding weight, the following:
Adequacy of the degrees of access to the training required to conduct the programme (15%)
Qualifications obtained in undergraduate and postgraduate education (20%)
Teaching or professional experience in the programme areas (15%)
Adequacy of research interests related to the avenues and objectives of the programme (20%)
Research trajectory: publications, stays, participation in projects, relevance to research groups and other scientific activities (30%)
