The Faculty Board approves the center's management report

The Faculty Board has approved the 2023 management report of the Faculty of Economics and Business. In 2020, the center obtained certification from the Catalan University Quality Assurance Agency (AQU) for the internal quality assurance system (SAIQU) implemented at the center. The AQU thus certifies that the SAIQU is deployed in the Faculty and is adequate to ensure the quality of undergraduate and master's degree teachings offered there.

Now, the FEE has prepared this management report for the AQU to conduct the required monitoring of the institutional accreditation, which will need to be renewed in 2026. The 2023 report highlights the following positive points:

- Updating of the quality policy, the master plan, and achievement of 100% acceptance values in the set of master plan indicators, of which 22% of these values have reached the target.
- Updating of the SAIQU-FEE and achievement of 100% acceptance values in the set of calculable indicators, of which more than 35% of these values have reached the target.
- Achievement of more than 93% acceptance values in the set of degree indicators.

With this certification, the Faculty demonstrates that it follows a culture of quality and continuous improvement, and gains institutional accreditation. This allows for the automatic accreditation of all official degrees offered, without having to follow an individual accreditation process for each degree.
