Master plan of the Faculty
This Master Plan reflects the objectives set by the current Dean's team since taking office on November 12th, 2019, and presents the strategic and quality objectives of the Faculty of Earth Sciences for the period 2019-2023, which are aligned with the strategic lines of the University of Barcelona (UB). This plan was reported and approved by the Faculty Board on December 15th, 2022.
The Master Plan is divided into nine areas that describe the objectives and actions that must drive direct the center's performance in the coming years:

Area 4: Quality
Area 5: Equality and sustainability
Area 6: Public information and image
Area 7: Students and group of graduates
Area 8: Administration and Services Personnel
Area 9: Teaching and Research Staff

The Master Plan has associated strategic indicators (Catalan version) to assess the fulfillment of the planned objectives. These indicators are part of the Command Chart (Catalan version) together with the indicators from the SAIQU processes and review.
