Enrolment period

All students will be able to self-register as long as they have previously presented the originals or certified photocopies of the required documentation to the Secretary's Office for Students and Teaching (SED) of the Faculty of Earth Sciences.

 Registration period: 12 and 13 September 2023.

 

Students who are unable to enrol on 12 or 13 September will have to make an appointment to formalise their enrolment at the following email address: masters.ciencies.terra@ub.edu

Reservoir Geology and Geophysics

ENROLMENT PERIOD

All the students can realize the autoenrolment (automatrícula) as long as they have previously submitted to the Secretary of the Faculty of Earth Sciences the originals or photocopies of the required documentation.

1st step. Provide the documentation

 

2nd step.  Validation of subjects

It is necessary to fill in the form in order to choose the optional subjects that you want to enrol in and send it by e-mail to masters.ciencies.terra@ub.edu

You must receive the validation/acceptance of the master's coordination of the chosen subjects before registering.

Period to send the form: from 4 to 6 September.

NOTE: Students who pre-enrol in the third period: from 15 July to 8 September, will have to validate their subjects after the Admission Resolution has been published.

 

3rd step . Start registration

Enrolment will take place in person in classroom S1 of the Faculty of Earth Sciences. In this phase, it is necessary to enter personal data and choose the compulsory and optional subjects, in accordance with the structure of the Master's and the supervision of the coordination of the Master.

The permanence regulations establish the minimum and maximum number of credits that students have to enrol according to the type of type of dedication:

  • Full-time: between 49 and 60 credits
  • Part-time: between 20 and 48 credits

If the General Scholarship is applied for, the student must register the 60 credits, according to the requirements of the convocation.

 

4th step  Tuition Payment

If you are entitled to any kind of economic deduction, you must go through the Secretariat to present the documentation that certifies the possible deduction and be able to modify the registration.

If no modification is to be made, the payment must be made before the date indicated on the printed receipt.

1.     In the case you have right to some kind of economic deduccion, you should present the documentation that certifies the possible deduccion in order to modify the enrolment cost.

2.     If there is no need of doing any kind of modification, you should make efective the payment before the indicated date on the printed receipt.

The approximate cost for students form the European Space of Higher Educatiion is (EEES) is 2700 €

Enrolment should be done online. The students are required to input their personal data and choose the compulsory and optional courses, in accordance with the structure of the master's degree and with the supervision of the coordination of the master's degree.

The regulations establish the minimum and maximum number of credits that students must enrol in according to whether they are studying full time or part time:

  • Full time: between 49 and 60 credits
  • Part-time: between 20 and 48 credits (please ask the Master programme coordinators before enrolling if you would like to be a part-time student)

If a general scholarship or a mobility scholarship is requested, the student should normally enrol full-time (60 credits).

  1. In the event that you are entitled to some type of tuition fee deduction, you must go to the Secretary to provide the documents that certify the possible deduction so that the admin staff can modify the registration.
  2. If the student is not entitled to deductions, payment must be made before the date indicated on the printed receipt.
