Note: In addition, Professor Doria very kindly offers to have an informal conversation with researchers in the Department who wish to do so. As he joins his position as an economic historian with that of ex-mayor of Genoa, there is the possibility of discussing the long-term transformation of the capital of Liguria; the changes in Italian politics since the 1990s; or the debate on fascism and anti-fascism in Italian history since 1945.
