We offer a doctoral scholarship for 3 years, starting in September 2021.

We are looking for students who wish to enroll in one of the doctoral programs of the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Barcelona.

Candidates must:

• (i) enroll in a Master's degree to be completed in the summer of 2021,
• (ii) apply for the doctoral program of interest independently,
• (iii) be able to teach undergraduate economics courses (preferably in undergraduate or postgraduate studies in economics).

The successful candidate will conduct his / her research on economics under the supervision of a professor from the Economic Theory Section within the Department of Economics. We recommend contacting the potential supervisor in advance.

Successful candidates will have economics teaching assignments at the university level.

The gross annual amount of stipends is 16,400 euros (salary comes with full security benefits). The scholarship also covers doctoral tuition fees and a travel grant to visit other institutions.
