Department Council

In accordance with the Statute of the University of Barcelona, the Department is governed by a department council, which is composed of:

1. the doctoral academic staff,
2. a maximum of one representative of the other teaching staff per section,
3. a maximum of twenty representatives of the group of assistants and researchers in training. Whenever possible, they will be distributed equally between the sections,
4. a representative of the students of the courses at all teaching levels,
5. a maximum of eight representatives of the administration and services staff.
