Criteria for assigning Final Master's Projects
The assignment of Final Master's Projects is carried out in accordance with:
- The order of priority of the student in the admission list.
- The prioritization made by the students of the different Final Master's Projects proposed.
Recommendations for writing the final master's thesis
The report must be structured in such a way that it contains:
- an introductory part describing the state of the issue, the framework in which the work done is inscribed, and the objectives pursued are presented.
- an experimental part, with a brief description of reagents, instrumentation, procedures, and so on.
- a part of presentation of the results obtained and discussion.
- Conclusions derived from the work done.
- Most relevant bibliography.
There are no specific templates to follow for writing the report, but the standard covers on this link should be used. It is recommended that the memory does not exceed 80 pages in DIN A4 format, using a normal font and line spacing (following the recommendations of your tutors).
Can be written in Catalan, Spanish or English. If you type in Catalan or Spanish must include a summary (maximum 2 pages) in English and, if written entirely in English, included a summary in Catalan or Spanish.
The report must be submitted to the members of the evaluation committee within the deadlines set by the Department.
