Official assessment of learning outcomes
By default, the assessment method is continuous assessment. Students who regularly attend class and participate in it do not have to take any exams. Class attendance and participation is worth 70% of the final grade, and comments on required class readings are worth the remaining 30%. The last of these commentaries is held face-to-face on the date assigned in the Faculty’s examination calendar.
Students who cannot follow the continuous assessment procedure may request single assessment provided they do so by the deadline established by the Faculty. The single assessment consists of an exam (worth 100% of the final grade), a model of which will be given to the students on the first day of class.
Repeat assessment
In the re-evaluation test, which will take place on the date assigned by the Faculty, students who have opted for continuous assessment will have the opportunity to retake, at the teacher’s discretion, the exams, tests, or other assessment activities that they have not passed in the previous sitting.
