Law 31/1995 on the Prevention of Occupational Risks (LPRL), in its article 18, Information, consultation and participation, establishes the obligation for all workers to receive adequate information in relation to:

  1. Risks to the safety and health of workers at work, both those that affect the company as a whole and each workplace or function,
  2. The preventive measures and activities applicable to these risks,
  3. And, the measures taken in terms of first aid, fire fighting and evacuation,
