That the institution I represent guarantees that the rules of action in case of emergency of the center are known and that the general rules of safety and health at the UB are met, as well as all those that, in accordance with the guidelines of the health authorities, are necessary to ensure the safety and health of participants, during the development of activities in the buildings and facilities of the University of Barcelona.

    2. That the institution I represent is in a position to provide the UB with documentary evidence of all the information provided in this declaration and that it undertakes to update it in the event of changes.

    3. That all information processed for the management of preventive coordination will always be processed in compliance with the legislation on personal data protection.
