Social Assistance, functions

  • To inform and assist UB personnel who have any problems related to the work environment.
  • Collaborate in the evaluation and management of individual, interpersonal and group conflicts related to the work environment.
  • Elaborate proposals for action in situations of conflict, in collaboration with both UB internal and external organizations.
  • To inform, guide, assess and provide individualized support to UB staff in the face of possible personal and socio-family problems.
  • Planning and programming social interventions.
  • Intervene in the face of social and labor problems by applying, mobilizing, optimizing or coordinating the appropriate resources.
  • To advise UB employees on grants from both official bodies and public and private institutions, and to manage the necessary documentation.
  • To intervene in the research of social problems.
  • To elaborate reports of the different cases of the social and labor field attended from the unit.
  • To carry out other similar functions in the field of social care.
