The faculty of the program is composed of experts in each of the subjects, coming from diverse disciplines with extensive academic, professional, and applied experience. They have collaborated with the program at different times and stages throughout its 34-year history.
A significant portion of the faculty comes from the two universities that accredit the Master’s program: the University of Barcelona and the Autonomous University of Barcelona, as well as the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, but also from many other national and international universities.
The faculty is complemented by a broad representation of professionals from the business sector and public administration, holding technical or political responsibilities. These include professionals in psychology, architecture, design, urban planning, environmental sciences, biology, engineering, economics, law, public administration and business, political science, philosophy, pedagogy, communication, among others. Both groups have contributed to the design and evolution of the program.

She has experience in the design, management, and execution of research and consultancy projects in the field of sustainability, specifically in waste prevention, circular economy, and sustainable agri-food systems. She specializes in the use of social research methodologies and the integration of social perspectives into environmental issues. Additionally, she is skilled in conducting audits and delivering training on sustainability applied to the food sector.
