The International Forum of Education and Technology FIETxs2018 is coming

On June 26th, the International Forum of Education and Technology FIETxs 2018 is held at the Blanquerna Faculty of Psychology, Education and Sports Sciences of the Ramon Llull University with the theme “Education, ethics and digital citizenship”.

The call for papers will remain open until April 23rd.

The present edition will have four symposiums, a dialogue and a conference, as well as four communication tables for both young researchers and educational technology research professionals. In the inaugural dialogue, moderated by the journalist Carmen Peiró, we will have the presence of Dr. Juan Cristóbal Cobo, director of the Center for Research-Ceibal Foundation and Dra. Anna Pagès, professor at the Ramon Llull University. The first symposium, coordinated by Dra. Marta Marimon, professor at the University of Vic, will deal with participation and social networks. The second symposium, coordinated by Dr. Joaquín Gairín, professor at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, ​​will focus on privacy and security in the network. In the third place, Dra. Montse Guitert, professor at the Open University of Catalonia, will coordinate the digital attitude symposium (actions for responsible use of ICT and digital media) and finally, Dr. Antonio Bartolomé, professor of the University of Barcelona and Dr. José Manuel Moral, professor of educational technology at the University of Barcelona, ​​will be the coordinators of the Block Chain symposium (value chain). The conference of the closing ceremony will be in charge of Dr. Francesc Torralba, philosopher and full professor of the Ramon Llull University.
