Talent is the main factor of competitiveness of 21st century companies, although it is useless to have the best professionals if we do not permanently cultivate their skills. This is the main benefit of training: updating skills to respond to the changing needs of organizations. We lack manuals on the value chain of training consultancy, so this book is aimed at consultants and people development managers.

Talent management has become the priority of the most important companies. It is easy to replace a device when it fails or invest in technology to improve productivity; what is really complicated is to have professionals who provide value, who update their skills according to the needs of the jobs and keep them motivated to give their best at all times. The importance of training is precisely to respond to that challenge: talent is of no use if we do not cultivate it. The work is intended to become a reference manual for all those who are dedicated to design and manage ongoing training in organizations.
