New book: Pedagogías Emergentes en la Sociedad Digital

This book arises as an initiative of the faculty of the subject ‘Environments, Processes and Technological Resources for Learning” of the degree of Pedagogy at the University of Barcelona.

It is a selection of chapters written by the students during the course 2018/19. During the formative process, classical and emergent pedagogical proposals were analyzed with the aim of reconstructing and advancing in educational perspectives that consider the environments, processes and learning resources available in diverse sociocultural contexts.

The book can be divided into three main sections: 1) review of innovative practical proposals that the teaching-learning process could involve in the current conditions of formal education; 2) review from theory and practice on how diverse resources and technologies of the digital society can be and are used for pedagogical purposes, and 3) critical perspectives that emerge from current dynamic socio-educational conditions.
