This edition is held at the Institute of Educational Research and Innovation of the University of the Balearic Islands (IRIE: https://irie.uib.cat) in Palma de Mallorca in hybrid format between 8 and 10 November 2023, with the support of the Spanish Network of Institutes of Research in Education.
The main theme of this edition is to weave networks against the challenges of education, with the aim of analysing the challenges, trends and commitments of educational research, in order to promote the creation of international networks.
Under this slogan, IRED’23 is asking for work to link research and educational practice, alluding to how they must live together in today’s world. Specifically and not exclusively, we will focus on:
- Transformative education at social, fair, equitable and sustainable level
- Migration Movements
- Plurilinguism
- Interaction between religion and cultures
- Practice based on scientific evidence
- Gender Studies
- New Technologies
- Inclusive Education
- Sending communications until 30 June 2023
