Short bio

In 2017 I completed a doctorate in Personality and Behaviour at the University of Barcelona. I have stayed at the School of Psychology of the University of Hertfordshire and the Terzo Centro di Psicoterapia Cognitiva. I manage the Postgrad in Mindfulness and Psychotherapy as well as the Master in Mindfulness-based Interventions. I am the president of the Spanish Association of Cognitive Psychotherapies -Asociación Española de Psicoterapias Cognitivas- (ASEPCO). My research interests are Personality Psychology, psychological mechanisms and effects of violence, the construction of identity and the study of self-esteem. In addition, I am involved in teaching innovation projects.
