Efficient hydrogen evolution via water electrolysis requires the use of advanced electrocatalysts. In this work, led by the Materials for Energy, Photonics and Catalysis (ENPHOCAMAT) group and in collaboration with researchers from Politecnico di Milano (Italy) and Universidad Industrial de Santander (Colombia), it is described the potential for creating highly homogeneous carbon-supported metallic nanoporous composites suitable for energy sector applications and other technological uses.
