NEW (EGO) Connected Bodies Exhibition

The exhibition NEW (EGO) Connected Bodies to Etopia, Center of Art and Technology of Zaragoza opens where, among others, the professors, researchers and artists of the University of Barcelona participate: Laura Baigorri, Joana Burd, Quim Catalozella, Ricardo Iglesias, Diego Marchante, Montse Morcate, Marta Negre and Pilar Rosado.

The exhibition is the result of a process of artistic research on the body and the construction of identity media by technology. The artists have created works that revolve around self-representation, self-portrait and self-perception, which analyze different aspects related to the overexposed body, intervened, abstracted, vindicated, sexualized, medicalized, monitored and finally problematized.
