Lecturer at the Universitat de Barcelona. He was previously Postdoc Fellow at the Dpt. of Public Law of the Universitat de Girona (2021-23), the Centre for Ethics, Politics and Society of the University of Minho (2019-21), the Institut Metròpoli (formerly Centre d’Estudis Regionals i Metropolitans de Barcelona) (2017-19), and the Chaire Hoover d’éthique économique et sociale of the UCLouvain (2017-18). He was also predoc researcher at the Centre for Applied Philosophy, Politics and Ethics of the University of Brighton (2015), and the Karl Polanyi Institute of Political Economy of the Concordia University (2014). He has taught at the Universidad Nacional de Ecuador (2017), the University of Leeds and the McGill University (2018), and the ELISAVA-UPF (2017-2019), and, as affiliate professor, at the Dpt. of Sociology at the UB (2016-22). He is the head of the Scientific Board of the Catalan Basic Income Pilot Project, a member of the Basic Income Earth Network (BIEN), and the Spanish Basic Income Network (RRB). Between political philosophy, political economy and social policies, he is working on republicanism, democracy, property rights, and basic income.
