As a teacher she is responsible for the mention of music, teaching different subjects of the Degree (instrumental training, music and movement), and the subjects of innovation and research of both the Degree and the Master of Secondary (specialty of music education) and, currently, also of the Master of Interdisciplinary Education of the Arts.
As a researcher, she is a member of the consolidated research group GREDI (Intercultural Education Research Group), of the Department of Research Methods in Education, with which she has participated in most research projects (13 so far, 5 of them of the highest level) and with whom he has actively collaborated in different research seminars in emerging methodologies with a strong character of educational and social improvement.
She has written books, book chapters and articles, and has given papers, lectures and guest lectures at national and international conferences and at various universities in Spain, Europe and America. The themes of her publications and the research projects that trigger them revolve around the improvement of intercultural relations, especially in the field of education, and research methodologies with a socio-critical approach, such as action research and research. ‘evaluation of socio-educational programs.
