She teaches subjects at the Faculty of Education on intercultural education, migratory processes, personal and professional guidance and identity.
Since 1995 she has been a researcher in the GREDI Intercultural Education Research Group, a group consolidated since its creation in 1992. She has participated in a total of 43 research projects, a large number of which are competitive, mainly related to intercultural education, migration, gender, participation and guidance. Her doctoral dissertation focused on the identity development of young people living between two or more cultures; which is why it has mostly focused on the issue of cultural identity. She has made a total of 53 posts. She has co-directed two doctoral theses, both of which have obtained excellent cum laudem. She is a member of the UB Senate and the Faculty, of the Faculty Board, academic secretary of the MIDE Department and member of the Gender Committee of the Faculty of Education.
