She is part of the research group in intercultural education (GREDI-URV), the Research Center for Behavior Assessment and Measurement (CRAMC-URV) and the project of innovation and teaching intervention on styles and strategies for dealing with university academic stress in children, primary and social education (UVa) students.
Her scientific career has focused on two areas: the evaluation and improvement of work environments and the quality of life and the construction of psychometric instruments for the analysis of psychosocial factors, stress and burnout in business and education.
She has also participated in the registration of a patent, (1) JOB IN © (2014) in RPI no. T-0032-2014. It operates with priority: Spain.
She was a professor at the Autonomous University of Baja California (Mexico) and is currently a professor in the psychology department at Rovira i Virgili University.
At the management level, since 2011 she has been the academic coordinator of the Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management at the FURV.
