Social cohesion in schools in Hospitalet
The project aims to foster relationships between students, with special emphasis on those students who may be / feel excluded within the classroom. To achieve this goal the project works on four key elements: diagnosis, intervention, training and monitoring. The diagnosis makes it possible to identify the relationships between the students in the selected classrooms.
Methodology
Social network analysis is used where starting from a basic principle, social phenomena would improve by analyzing the relationships between actors.
The project has pursued the following general objectives:
· Know the dynamics of relationships in the classroom from the analysis of social networks.
· Contribute to the improvement of relations between students through the adaptation of different methodologies.
· Assess the process and results of the project with the teachers involved.
· Contribute to the continuous training of teachers involved in the project.
· Encourage the implementation of the project and the optimization of results based on the monitoring carried out in the participating schools.

The project is located in several schools in the city of L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, 6 schools of primary education and 2 high schools.
4 training seminars were held with the participating teachers. These seminars have not only been a space for training and exchange but have also helped to encourage the progressive appropriation, by teachers, of the project. During the seminars, the changes and transformations that teachers experience about their thoughts and attitudes in relation to:
· Social cohesion
· How to introduce and address this topic in the classroom
· The reflection of the same teaching practice

made to the participating faculty
During the seminars the following objectives have been achieved:
· Understand the meaning of network analysis for relational diagnosis.
· Know how to prepare and apply a social media questionnaire.
· Identify elements to interpret the results.
· Adapt activities based on the results interpreted.
· Reflect on the cohesion of the classrooms.
· Generate self-reflection around the same teaching practice.
Conclusions
First seminar. Teachers were able to apply the questionnaire and understand the basics of network analysis.
At the end of the second seminar, teachers recognize more elements to interpret the results and start thinking about possible actions.
At the end of the third seminar, the teachers had concrete proposals to work in their respective classrooms.
In the last seminar an evaluation of the proposals made and a final evaluation of the project.
