His personal scientific-technical trajectory has focused on three areas: the evaluation and improvement of the quality of life, the construction of psychometric instruments and the delimitation of the scope of absenteeism and psychosocial factors in the services sector.
He has participated in the construction of instruments for the evaluation of impulsivity (the study carried out in the framework of the project SEJ2005-09170-C04-04), for the measurement of personality (carried out in the project C04-04PSI2008 -00236) and for the measurement of the psychosocial climate (RIPSOL 2006/09), integrity at work and values at work.
