On November 7th, we had the opportunity to participate as speakers in the 4th Alella Mental Health Conference 2024, in the discussion panel titled “Stigma and Mental Health: Building New Realities Cooperatively.”
During this session, we reflected on the discrimination and stigma that still persist in the field of mental health. We approached it from a human rights perspective, sharing professional insights and lived experiences to identify challenges and propose transformative public policies.
We are grateful for the interest and engagement of the attendees in creating essential spaces for dialogue, which are key to advancing towards rights-based mental health care.
