This is the home page of the Holomorphic Dynamics research team at University of Barcelona. We work on different aspects of the theory of iterations of holomorphic maps on the complex plane. Our research lines include:

  • Dynamics of  transcendental mappings (entire or meromorphic)
  • Dynamics of rational maps
  • Rigidity in dynamical and parameter spaces
  • Root finding algorithms as dynamical systems
  • Quasiconformal surgery
  • Singular perturbations of rational maps
  • Fibered holomorphic maps
  • Hausdorff dimension and approximation theory

In this web you will find information about our regular and occasional activities, news and group meetings. And here is a link to our old website.
