The work is the result of two parallel studies on the struggle of the maquis or action groups against General Franco. They are two distant cases chronologically, and with different protagonists, but with the same objective: to eliminate the Dictator to end the Regime.
The methodology I have followed to carry out this thesis is based on a bibliographical study, which introduces us extensively to the issue of the anti-Franco guerrilla, completed with an interview with Antonio Téllez Solá, one of the top representatives of this bibliography with several published studies. In this way, the thesis has a first part that is a historical approach to the struggle of the maquis.
From there, the work aims to identify a specific case and little known, and through oral sources, deepen the attempt to attempt against Franco in 1949. It is an action of ten guerrillas of which one survives, Àngel Fernandez. This second part, then, is made from what Àngel has written and a long interview with the only survivor of that attempt to change the course of history. During the interview they will say things that were not written and open the door to a possible investigation: they were reported? Was the guide the confidant?
