Recognized as an R&D project of the Ministry of Science and Technology
The group continues and completes the 1999 project on ‘The first years of the Franco regime in Catalonia’, having received funding from the Ministry of Science and Technology for its research work.
The fundamental aspects that it is interesting to develop are: the propagation of the ideological bases of the regime and the continuity of its repressive action – councils of war, Courts of Political Responsibility, Court of Public Order -, the relations of the internal resistance with the exile and the organizational forms adopted to deal with the onslaught of repression and the lack of individual and collective freedoms.
