From November 7th to February 20th, 2024, the 2nd edition of the Advanced University Course in Menstrual Education will take place, directed by Victoria López, founder of the association Hysteria Women’s Health, and Ilaria Bellatti from the Faculty of Education at the University of Barcelona.

Pre-registrations are open from September 2nd to 30th.

This introductory and professional development course aims to provide training in Menstrual Education. It will cover the theoretical and practical foundations of Menstrual Education from its main areas of application and intervention. Additionally, it will offer the necessary knowledge to approach menstruation from a positive, inclusive, sustainable, and holistic perspective.

This course is aimed at anyone interested in menstrual education and professionals in formal and informal education, community health, social work, psychology, and human resources who wish to bring menstrual education into the workplace. It is also open to students in their final year of training or individuals without previous academic qualifications.

The course includes an official postgraduate certification of 5 ECTS credits, with 125 hours of training.

This course will be taught in a distance learning format (online) and will take place through the University of Barcelona’s platform.
