Internship organizations

An interesting aspect of the programme is the opportunity to spend an internship period at cultural organisations. Career prospects and alumni

The scope of action of cultural managers is affected by the reality of culture and its institutions in each territory and sector. In particular, it depends on the degree of – direct or indirect – governmental intervention on cultural organisations, the specific development of private business management, or the importance of interpersonal relationships inside and outside the organisations.

In order to give answer to these challenges, the Master’s degree opens up the following career prospects:

  • Director, expert or manager of – public, corporate or civic – cultural services, venues and projects.
  • Programmer and/or producer of cultural events (in the fields of arts, humanities, festivals, heritage, cultural tourism…).
  • Local cultural manager.
  • Programmer and coordinator of intercultural dynamics and socio-cultural activities.
  • Researcher in the field of cultural management and policy.
