As an associated center to the University of Barcelona, Creatio follows the code of “HR Excellence in Research” of the European Commission. Awarded in 2015, this certification was designed to align practices and procedures with the principles of the European Charter for Researchers and a Code of Conduct when hiring the researchers.  

At Creatio we are committed to continuous professional development of our team in hard and soft skills. Our training plan cuts through the different job categories, and it is personalized to each team member through our annual reviews.
