Clone of Enrolling students in our courses from the CEL tool.

There are different cases that can cause a student not to be enrolled in a course for which he/she is registered. Although it is not common, an error when processing the enrolment data or reading them can cause a student not to have access to our course. You can use CEL (cel.ub.edu) to find the student you wish to enrol and register her in the virtual classroom.

To enrol a student in our courses, please follow the steps below:

1) Enter the CEL page and select our course:
 

2) Click on the + button and select Manage participants:

3) Once inside the page, click on the blue button Inscriu Participants:

4) You can search by name, surname and country. It is not necessary to fill in all the fields. Click on Cerca:

5) Next, select the role you want the user you are going to register to have in the drop-down list. In this case, check Student:
 

6) Now, in the list below with the users, you have to select the user you want to register and click on Inscriu

7) In a few minutes, CEL will have enrolled the user in the Campus Virtual course with the assigned role.
