The Business School at the Universitat of Barcelona welcomed 13 new students that joined this year the MSc in Business Research. Most of them come from Asia (53%), Europe (23%), America (16%), and Middle East (8%). Altogether, there are 7 nationalities represented on this class where the average age is 27 years old.
This diverse group of people will now pursue a cutting-edge master’s degree programme, designed to provide students with advanced training in research skills, techniques and methodologies in order to conduct their own research into business and business competitiveness.
Students enrolled on the MSc in Business Research typically have an undergraduate degree in Business (62%), Economics (15%), Mathematics or Engineering (8%), and other disciplines (15%). They come from some universities, including Autonomous University of Madrid or National University of Colombia.
The director of the programme, Dr Josep Maria Argilés Bosch, welcomed the new class of the MSc in Business Research on October 5th. During this session, students received guidance on the programme as well as all resources and services offered by the university, including general recommendations related to Covid-19.
